Tile Cleaning

Tile Cleaning Rochester & Orlando Areas

Is your tile floor looking dull and dirty from the unsightly build-up of dirt and grime that has turned the grout dark?

This trapped dirt is nearly impossible to remove with home cleaning products and tools – unless you’re willing to get down on your hands and knees with a toothbrush and some aggressive chemicals.

The alternative is to call Precise Service. We use a truck-mounted hot water professional tile cleaning tool that will safely remove that gunk and restore your tile and grout to look new. The truck-mount has a powerful vacuum that removes the dirt and water from your home – forever! To keep it looking new, we can apply a penetrating sealer that protects the grout against mildew and premature staining.

The process is fast and your tile will be dry before we leave.

And at a price of only $0.50 per square foot for the cleaning and $0.25 per square foot for sealing, it is so affordable; you can have your entire house renewed – including the bathroom, kitchen, halls and entries.

Oh, by-the-way, if you combine other services, such as air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning or restoration services, we discount our prices even more.

Tile Cleaning Rochester
Tile cleaning in concept is not very different from cleaning the carpet.

A cleaning product is first applied to dissolves grease, soil, tar and other foreign material. If the grout is extremely dirty, you may want to scrub or agitate the grout with a special brush. This removes the stubborn spots.

The product also suspends the dirt for removal with a specialized tile cleaning wand (see picture above – left column). The wand has several nozzles that spray hot pressurized water from a truck mounted unit. The water is removed through a hose attached to the wand leaving your tile clean and dry.

Tile cleaning in Rochester is done in this manner. When working with non-ceramic tile, other processes may be appropriate. It is impractical to discuss the complete array of cleaning methods used on different types of tile – suffice it to say, that our technicians have the solution for your specific requirements.
